On Saturday, April 23rd, 24 Hour Fitness will host The Music Run, a unique 5K festival experience that combines running and the love of music.

The event’s course, appropriately named “The Sound Track,” has five music themed groups ranging from country to rock and 120 speakers throughout the 3.1 miles. The music is chosen by participants by voting for their favorite songs the week prior to the event using Spotify’s Music Voting App.

This music festival will feature live bands, dancers and giveaways that greet the runners when they cross the finish line. It’s really less of a run and more like a party. The Music Run is a great way to start up a new workout routine and transform yourself in the Weekend Warrior. With a fresh beat every step of the way, exercise never sounded so great!
