The Route 66 Crusin' Reunion is a three-day, free car show and street fair event beginning on Friday, September 18, 5:00pm to 10:00pm, September 19 from 9:00am to 9:00pm and September 20 from 9:00am to 4:00pm. The event is located in Downtown Ontario on Euclid Avenue near Ovitt Family Community Library and Ontario City Hall.

Check out the third annual Route 66 Crusin’ Reunion, which is hosted by the city of Ontario. This car show and street fair is nationally known and has over 20 city blocks full of vendors, live music, a kids play area and, of course, a vast collection classic cars. The event is free to attend, family friendly and is located along Euclid Avenue from Holt Blvd to “I” street in Ontario, California.

Making a special public appearance are Rick and Kelly Dale, stars of American Restoration, a popular TV show that airs on the History Channel. If you have never heard of them or the show, Rick is well-known as the man who can restore anything and has been in business for more than 30 years. His restorations include items and artifacts like bicycles, a vintage Pepsi vending machine and even a 1960s NASA jet pack. In addition to being on site, the team also offered to bring classically restored cars from their very own collection.

This event is fun for the whole family and offers something for everything, so come one day or spend the whole weekend at the Route 66 Crusin’ Reunion in Ontario.

Also, the Greater Ontario Visitors & Convention Bureau just announced the addition of the Fueled by the Fallen 9/11 Vehicles to the Saturday and Sunday schedule of events.  Located near the Firefighter Combat Challenge the public is welcome to view this display of remembrance of 9/11.  On the tenth anniversary of this National tragedy the 9/11 Angel Cruisers were unveiled on the lawn of the U.S. Capital.  The five Camaros known as the “9/11 Angels” displays the name of every hero lost on 9/11.  Fueled by the Fallen is a non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds to support our Military Members, Public Safety Personnel, and their families to aid in their emotional, physical, and financial recovery needs by displaying and racing Memorial cars.  For more information visit:  www.fueledbythefallen.org
