RIVERSIDE WEEKEND EVENTS


6/26-28, Theater - “The Last Days of Judas Iscariot” at The Box in the Fox Entertainment Plaza Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays at 2 p.m. Tickets are $25, possibly offensive material for some.

6/26, Crafty Happy Hour - Join Mothership Scrapbook Gal for a special Crafty Happy Hour at Augie's Coffee House in Riverside. It's all about coloring & coloring books at this special event.

6/26, Chess - Woodcrest Library Chess Club for ages 5-17 beginning at 11 a.m. Part of summer reading program.

6/26, Bingo - Pizza Bingo at Woodcrest Library at 2 p.m. Opportunity to win free pizza from Marcello’s Pizza.

6/27-28, Ham Radio – Riverside County Amateur Radio Association Field Days 2015 at Martha McLean Anza Regional Park from 11 a.m. Saturday to 11 p.m. Sunday. Emergency drill exercise for group, try out ham radio and get information. Free to the public.

6/27, Dancing – Father Daughter Dance at the Springbrook Clubhouse from 6-9 p.m. for girls ages 5-12 and their fathers or male role models. $8 a couple, $2 each additional daughter.

6/27, Concert – Tribute to the 90’s featuring No Duh, VItalogy, Nirvanish, Blink 180-True and Doin Time at the Riverside Municipal Auditorium at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10, must be 5 or older to attend.

6/27, Dance - Ballet Folklorio at the Riverside Plaza at 6 p.m. Free to the public.

6/27, Concert – Blasphemous Rumours, Depeche Mode tribute band at Romano’s Concert Lounge at 10:30 p.m. Doors open at 9 p.m., tickets are $15.

6/27, Show - American Fancy Rat & Mouse Show at the Woodcrest Community Center from 11-4 p.m. Pets for

6/28, Ice Cream - Annual Old Style Independence Day Ice Cream Social at the Riverside Metropolitan Museum’s Heritage House from 12-4 p.m.  Free ice cream and lemonade, Victorian-era entertainment and more. Free to the public.


REDLANDS WEEKEND EVENTS

Now through 6/28, Theater - “Zorro” at LIfeHouse Theater Friday at 7:30 p.m., Saturday at 2:15 and 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2:15 p.m. Tickets start at $7.

6/26, Concert - The Mosaico Music Festival with the San Bernardino Symphony at the Redlands Bowl at 8:15 p.m. Part of the Redlands Summer Music Festival, free admission.

6/26, Shopping - Uptown Girls shopping event through Redlands. Free limousine rides to stores, drinks and appetizers.

 

SAN BERNARDINO WEEKEND EVENTS

6/26-31, Exhibition - 45th annual CSUSB student show at the Robert and Frances Fullerton Museum of Art. 6/27, Motorcross - STI Quad and UTV X Racing Series at the Glen Helen Raceway. Gates open at 6 a.m., races start at 9:30 a.m. Spectators are $10 adults, $5 kids 6-12. See site for competition registration.

6/27, Festival - Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival at the San Manuel Ampitheater beginning at 1 p.m. Tickets are $30-66.66.

6/27, Car Show - San Bernardino Cash Mob: The Great Race Stop at San Bernardino City Hall. Chili cook-off from 12-4 p.m., live entertainment, vendors, craft beer. Great race arrival from 5-8:30 p.m.

6/27, Drumming – Steel drum performance and drum circle at 3 p.m. at the Feldheym Central Library Kellogg Rooms.

CORONA WEEKEND EVENTS

 6/26, Concert - Journey and Burn at M15 Concert Bar and Grill. Tickets are $5 presale, $10 at the door. Doors open at 7 for the all-ages show.

6/27, Concert - Bobby B of the Kottonmouth Kings at M15 Concert Bar and Grill. Tickets are $22, doors open at 7 for the all-ages show.


UPLAND WEEKEND EVENTS

6/27, Dancing - Arthur Murray Dance Studio Demonstration at the Upland Public Library at 10:30 a.m. Demonstrations and lessons, free to the public.


6/27, Family Event - Family Fun Saturday featuring music making experiences at Carnegie Cultural Center.

6/27, Fundraiser – Annual Steak Fry with the Mt. Baldy Fire Department and Dale Bros. Brewery from 3-9 p.m.

 

CLAREMONT WEEKEND EVENTS

Every Friday thru Oct 31, Live Music - Free live music weekly from 6-9 p.m. at Village Plaza (near Laemmle Theatres), Claremont Chamber Patio (205 Yale Ave), City Hall Plaza (225 W. Second St.)

6/27, Festival - Claremont Brews and Blues through Claremont Village from 4-8 p.m. Craft beer tasting, live entertainment and a commemorative beer pilsner. Tickets are $45 in advance, $50 day of, designated driver $20/25.


POMONA WEEKEND EVENTS

6/27, Fundraiser - Relay for Life of Pomona at The Fairplex beginning at 10 a.m. Free registration for event participation, see website for details.

6/27, Festival - Cheers - LA’s Wine, Spirits, Beer & Food Festival at The Fairplex from 7-11 p.m. Includes souvenir glass, entertainment and more. Presale tickets are $60, at door is $575. Proceeds benefit The Learning Centers at Fairplex. Parking at Gate 12 on White Ave.

6/27, Family Event – Family Fun Day at the Valley Indoor Swap Meet at 12 p.m. Live entertainment, rock climbing, Prizes and more.

6/28, Bird Expo – Everybody’s Birdmart at the Fairplex Expo Hall 4 from 9:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Admission is $10,  free for ages 11 and under. Parking is $10 at Gate 17.

6/28, Art – WCKR SPGT Summer Sitting Series at dA Center for the Arts from 5:30-7:30 p.m.  Practice photography, painting, drawing a love rock band in action. Repeats July 25 and Aug. 29th.

6/27, Water Wise - Water Wise Landscape Workshop: Basic Irrigation Principals at the Chino Basin Water Conservation District beginning at 9 a.m. Learn how to modify irrigation, design and install. Free to the public.'

6/25-28, Theater – Valverde School of Performing Arts Summer Showcase Thursday and Friday at 6:30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday at 1 and 6 p.m. Tickets are $18.  

6/26-27, Racing - Racing VTV 500 Verizon IndyCar Series racing at the Auto Club Speedway beginning at 9 a.m. Friday General admission is $20, kids 12 and under free. Saturday admission $35-80. 

6/28, Car Show – Rancho Cucamonga Firefighters 18th Annual Benefit Car Show at Red Hill Community Park from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Classic cars and trucks, giveaways, fire gear and more, free to the public.

ONTARIO WEEKEND EVENTS

6/27, Celebration - Murietta’s 24th Birthday Bash at California Oaks Sports Park from 2-9 p.m. Wristbands for rides and inflatables are $10, evening concert and fireworks.
