INLAND EMPIRE WEEKEND EVENTS

RIVERSIDE WEEKEND EVENTS

 3/13-22, weekends, Theater - ‘The Library’ performed by The Gestalt Theater Project at The Box in the Fox Entertainment Plaza Fridays and Saturday at 8 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays at 2 p.m. Tickets are $25.

  3/13, Concert - Datsik at the Riverside Municipal Auditorium beginning at 8 p.m. Doors open at 7, tickets are $25 for the 18 and over show.

 3/14, Walk – Walk with the Mayor event as part of the Start Right fitness project from 9-12 a.m. at Ryan Bonaminio Park. Free to the public.

  3/14, Fundraiser – 3rd annual lap-a-thon to raise money for Habitat for Humanity at Ramona High School ‘s stadium from 9-111 a.m.

3/14, Film Screening - Screening of the 1928 silent film “Romona” at the Mission Inn Music Room by the Mission Inn Foundation from 12-3:30 p.m. Film to be accompanied by inn’s pipe organ.

 

REDLANDS WEEKEND EVENTS

3/12-29, weekends, Theater - “The Bad See” at the Redlands Footlighters Theater Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 8 p.m., Sundays at 2 p.m. Tickets are $15, student rate $10.

3/14, Festival - The Redlands Sustainability Festival from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at the University of Redlands. Education, vendors, local musicians, children’s activities and more.

3/14, Concert - The Dangers at Hangar 24 from 8-10 p.m.

 

SAN BERNARDINO WEEKEND EVENTS

 3/14, Festival - Holi Festival of Colors at the San Bernardino Soccer Complex Soccer Field. Single entry $5.15, multiple entry with wrist band 6.25. Ages 12 and under free.

 

CLAREMONT WEEKEND EVENTS

 3/14, Open House - Open garden event at Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden. Garden hours are 8 a.m.-5 pm, special events beginning at 10 a.m., see website for details.

3/14, Festival - Claremont Pie Festival from 11-4 p.m. in Claremont Village. Pie baking and eating contests, apron parade, recipe hunt and more. Free admission to event, vendors and children’s activities available.

 

CORONA WEEKEND EVENTS

3/14, Concert - Dead Man’s Party at M15 Concert Bar and Grill. Doors open at 7 p.m., tickets are $12 for the all-ages event.

3/15, Concert - Anuhea at M15 Concert Bar and Grill beginning at 7 p.m. Tickets are $25 for the all-ages event.

3/14, Fundraiser - Pancake Pozole Breakfast and raffle at the Main YMCA (River Road) from 8:30 a.m.-12 p.m. $6 a person, choose from pancakes and eggs or pozole.

 

POMONA WEEKEND EVENTS

 Now through 3/17, Exhibit – ArtReach 2015 regional high school art exhibition at the Millard Sheets Art Center at the Fairplex. Free admission Friday- Sunday, 12-5 p.m., park at Gate 1.

3/13, Concert - New Found Glory with This Wild Life and Turnover at The Glass House at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $24-27 for the all-ages event.


3/14-15, Trains  - RailGiants Train Museum at the Los Angeles County Fairgrounds. Museum is open every second weekend of the month from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., enter from Gate 17.

3/14-15, Racing – O’Reilly Auto Parts Street Machine & Muscle Car Nationals at the Fairplex Saturday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Sunday from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Racing, burnout contests, love music, exhibits and more. Tickets at the door $20 for adults, kids 6-12 $5, 5 and under free. Parking $10 at Gate 17.

3/14, Concert - Doomtree with Bus Driver and Open Mike Eagle and more at The Glass House beginning at 8 p.m. Tickets are $15 for the all-ages show.

 3/15, Concert - Title Fight with Merchandise and Power Trip at The Glass House beginning at 8 p.m. Tickets are $16-18.

3/15, Run - The Graffiti Run at the Fairplex beginning at 9 a.m. Participants are encouraged to wear white clothing and will be covered with colored powder during 5K run. Registration is $50 for 11 and over, 10 and under $15, bring signed waiver.

3/15, Tasting – Family Winemakers Tasting at the Sharaton Fairplex Conference Center from 1-5 pm.. All access pass $125, designated driver free. About 150 family-owned wineries attending . Parking at Gate 3.

 

CHINO WEEKEND EVENTS

3/14, Pet Event - “Bark Around Ayala Park” from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. at Ruben S. Ayala Park. Incudes fashion show, trick contest, vendors, demonstrations by rescue teams and more. Admission is free.

 

ONTARIO WEEKEND EVENTS

3/12-15, Comedy – Steve Byrne at the Ontario Improv Thursday at 8 p.m., Friday at 7:30 and 9:45 p.m., Saturday at 7 and 9:15 p.m. and Sunday at 7 p.m. Tickets are $20 for the 18 and over show.

3/13, Boxing - Premier Boxing Championships boxing with Berto vs. Lopez and Porter vs. Garcia headlining at the Citizens Business Bank Arena beginning at 3:30 p.m. Tickets are $25-150, parking is $10 cash.

3/14, Athletics – 8th annual Tot Olympics at the Westwind Community Center beginning at 10 a.m. track and field events for ages 3-6 years, pre-registration required. $10 for residents, $12 non-residents.

3/14, Hockey - Ontario Reign vs. the Utah Grizzlies at the Citizens Business Bank Arena beginning at 6 p.m. Tickets are $10-55, parking is $5 cash.

 

RANCHO CUCAMONGA WEEKEND EVENTS

3/14-15, Theater – “The Prince and the Pauper” at the Lewis Family Playhouse Saturday at 1 and 4 p.m. and Sunday at 1 p.m. Tickets are $18, 16 for seniors and youth.

3/14, Fitness – Victoria Gardens Kidz Club and Reebok Fit Hub’s children’s activities at The Orchard from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Open to kids club embers ages 3-10, registration at Guest Services.

 

BIG BEAR WEEKEND EVENTS

3/14, Snow Sports – Trans Am Snowboarding finals at Bear Mountain. Traffic Jam at 11 a.m., awards at 2:15, see website for details.

 

DESERT AREAS WEEKEND EVENTS

3/13, Concert – Kenny G. at Casino Morongo Resort & Spa beginning at 9 p.m. Tickets are $60-70.

 3/14, Festival - Chalk Art Palm Springs in parking lot behind Palm Springs High School. Artists, musicians, children’s activities and more. Pancake breakfast from 7-10 a.m. for $10, chalk art winners announced at 5 p.m. See website for event details and artist registration.

  3/14, Fishing - Junior fishing workshop at Mojave Narrows Regional Park from 7:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Participants will learn skills such as casting, knot tying, cleaning and more before engaging in a fishing session with provided tackle. Participation is $8 for kids 7-15, park parking fee is $10 a day.    

 

TEMECULA & MURIETTA WEEKEND EVENTS

3/12-23, Circus - Circus Vargas performs “ArleQuin” at the Promenade Temecula. Tickets are $15-70, under 2 free if seated on lap. See website for seating details and times.

3/13-15, Race - Tour de Murietta bicycle race throughout the city. See website for more details.

 3/14, Concert – Copeland Celebration concert by California Chamber Orchestra at Murietta United Methodist Church at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $30 regular, $25 seniors, $10 student rush.

 3/14, Run - The Great Country Run 5K at Galway Downs. Events include line dancing, hat contest, western fight now and more.  All-ages event, registration is $60 cash on race day.
