INLAND EMPIRE WEEKEND EVENTS

RIVERSIDE WEEKEND EVENTS

4/3-12, weekends, Theater - “Ragtime The Musical” at Landis Performing Arts Center Fridays and Saturday at 7 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays at 2 p.m. Tickets are $29-50.

4/3-12, Film Festival - Riverside International Film Festival at The Box Theater Daily. See website for film schedule. Single screening tickets $8, festival passes are $25-$150. 

4/3, Concert – L.A.vation - U2 Cover Band - so real you may have to look twice. Romano’s Concert Lounge at 10:30 p.m. $12 admission.

4/3, Music - Speakeasy Fridays featuring DJ EROK at Proabition at 10 p.m. Free admission.

4/4, Concert - "In The Mood" performs at the Fox Performing Arts Center at 7 p.m. Tickets are $38-63. IN THE MOOD celebrates America’s Greatest Generation through the music of Glenn Miller, Tommy Dorsey, Artie Shaw, Benny Goodman, Harry James, Erskine Hawkins, The Andrews Sisters, Frank Sinatra and other idols of the 1940s.

 

REDLANDS WEEKEND EVENTS

4/2-4, Theater – “For Whom The Southern Bell Tolls” and “dentity Crisis” at the University of Redlands Frederick Loewe Theater Thursday and Friday at 8 p.m. and Saturday at 2 and 8 p.m. $12 general admission, $8  U of R students and senior citizens.

4/3-5/10, Theater - "Esther” at LifeHouse Theater Fridays at 7:30 p.m., Saturday at 2:15 and 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2:15 p.m. Tickets are $18-24.

 

YUCAIPA  & SAN BERNARDINO WEEKEND EVENTS

4/3, Car Show - Past Pleasures car show every first Friday of the month at the Yucaipa Valley Center from 6-9 p.m. Free admission, raffle, music and more.

4/5, Dancing – Sunday swing dancing classes at AMF Arrowhead Lanes beginning at 5:15 p.m. Classes are $8-12, see site for levels and class start times.

 

BEAUMONT & APPLE VALLEY WEEKEND EVENTS

4/4, Egg Hunt & Spring Fling - Gates open 9 a.m. at Noble Creek Regional Park in Beaumont. There will be arts & crafts, vendors, children's games and live entertainment

4/4, Run – Bunny Run beginning at 8 a.m. at James Woody Park. 5K and 10K events, registration is $17 before April 2nd, then $20 until day of race.

4/4, Egg Hunt – Easter Eggstravaganza at the James Woody Community Center. Egg hunt begins at 9:30 a.m., game boots, bouncers and more from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Event wristbands $5.

  

CORONA WEEKEND EVENTS

4/3, Concert - 90’s tribute night at M15 Concert Bar and Grill featuring  Zombiewood and Memory Layne. Tickets are $10 for the 7 p.m. all ages show.

4/4, Concert - Michael Schenker featuring members from Scorpion, M.S.G and Rainbow at M15 Concert Bar and Grill at 7 p.m. Tickets are $30 for the all-ages show.

4/4, Egg Hunt - Free Easter Egg hunt and activities featuring petting zoo, inflatable obstacle course and more at Eleanor Roosevelt High School beginning at 10 a.m. Free admission.

 

CHINO HILLS WEEKEND EVENTS

4/4, Egg Hunt – Easter Egg-Citement at Chino Hills Community Park from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Craft fair, visits with the Easter Bunny and more. See site for egg hunt schedule.

4/4, Singles Mixer - Get to know other singles at this free mixer at The Pub at Chino Hills

 

POMONA WEEKEND EVENTS

4/4, Powwow - Pomona College Powwow from 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Dancers and drum groups, grand entry at noon.  Free admission.

 4/4, Bike Safety - Annual Bicycle Safety Rodeo at the Civic Center beginning at 8:30 a.m. Free helmets while supplies last for ages 3-10, bicycle inspections education about bicycle safety and K-9 demonstration. Lunch provided to all participating children.

4/4, Concert - MacArthur at Acerogami at 8 p.m. Free event for 21 and over.

4/3, Concert - The Movielife with Onelinedrawing and Zumo Kollie at The Glass House beginning at 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $25 for the all ages event.

3/5, Easter Service - PFB/Purpose Church outdoor services at 9 and 11 a.m in the Fairplex grandstand. Featuring worship bands and 150- member choir. Free parking and admission at Gate 17.

 

UPLAND WEEKEND EVENTS

4/4, Egg Hunt – Spring egg hunt at Memorial Park’s Rudy Muniz Memorial Field & Rotary Field beginning at 10 a.m. For kids ages 7 and under.

 

CLAREMONT WEEKEND EVENTS

Weekends through 5/3, Walks - Weekend windflower walks at Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden Saturdays at 11 a.m. and Sundays at 1 p.m. Walks are over an hour in length, included with garden membership or admission, $8 for adults, students and seniors $6, $4 for ages 3-12.

Now through 4/4, Theater - “The Producers” weekends at the Candlelight Pavilion. Evening performances $64-73, matinees $58-65. See website for menu and available dates.

4/3, Concert – Johnny Come Lately at The Press at 10 p.m. Free admission to the 21 and over event.

4/4-4/5, Comedy - Alex Ortiz at Flappers Comedy Club at 8 p.m. Saturday and 7 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $20.


4/4, Dressings & Vinaigrettes - Learn the basics of salad dressing and vinaigrettes at Vom Fass Claremont. Learn simple techniques with a variety of combinations that are sure to please. 9-4 11 a.m.; $25

4/4, Rockabilly - Rockabilly Festival at Pitzer College from 11 a.m.-6 p.m.  Free admission.

4/4, Powwow - Native American dancers and drum groups will come together in Claremont for the 3rd Annual Powwow. Free event.

4/5, Family friendly comedy – Two Milk Minimum family-friendly comedy at Flappers Comedy Club at 4:30 p.m. Tickets are $10.

4/5, Easter Service - Easter Sunrise Service on Mt. Rubidoux beginning at 6 a.m. Park at Ryan Bonaminio Park, give 45 minutes for easy hike up hill.

 

ONTARIO WEEKEND EVENTS

4/2-12, Circus - Circus Vargas performs “ArleQuin” performing at Ontario Mills. Interactive pre-show 45 before showtime. Tickets are $15-70, see website for schedule.

4/3, Kids Event – Bunny Hop event at Colony High Branch Library. Dancing, stories and snacks for ages 0-5. Pre-registration required.

 4/3, Hockey - Ontario Reign vs. Bakersfield Condors at Citizens Business Bank Arena at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10-55, parking is $5 cash.

4/4, Festival - Spring Festival & Egg Hunt at Cucamonga-Guasti Regional Park from 10 a.m. -2 p.m. Egg hunts, fun zone, vendors, Easter Bunny and more.

4/2-4, Comedy – Ian Bagg at the Ontario Improv Thursday at 8 p.m., Friday at 7:30 and 9:45 p.m. and Saturday at 7 p.m. Tickets are 18 for the 18 and over show.

 4/4, Comedy – Jay & Silent Bob Get Old Podcast with Kevin Smith & Jason Mewes at the Ontario Improv at 9:15 p.m. Tickets are $25 for the 18 and over event.

 4/4, Party - The Salvation Army celebrates 150 years from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at Moreno Valley Community Park, Giveaways, community expo, carnival, gospel music and free lunch served.

 

HEMET WEEKEND EVENTS

Thru 5/24, Magic Tree House Exhibit - Enjoy this literacy-based exhibit that encourages children to explore history through immersive environments and hands-on learning. $6-$8

4/4, Science Saturday - Explore the animal life on Earth and check out The Science of Zoology at the Western Science Center. Free admission.

 

LAKE ELSINORE WEEKEND EVENTS

4/4, Egg Hunt – Children’s Fair and Egg Hunt from 10 a.m.-1 p.m at McVicker Canyon Park.  Hunt starts at 10 a.m. sharps, followed by free activities, entertainment and vendors. Easter Bunny photos from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

 

MOUNTAIN AREAS WEEKEND EVENTS

4/4, Egg Hunt - Easter egg hunt and photos with the Easter Bunny from 12-4 p.m. at Lake Arrowhead Village. Egg hunts begin at 12:30 p.m. and are divided by age, see website for location details.

4/4, Concert – No Duh and Red Not Chili Peppers perform at The Cave beginning at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $16-26.

 

DESERT AREAS WEEKEND EVENTS
