INLAND EMPIRE WINTER SEASONAL EVENTS

 

RIVERSIDE WINTER SEASONAL EVENTS

1/29, Pub Crawl – 5th Annual Mardi Crawl 2016 through Downtown Riverside. Live musicians lead groups to participating bars serving $2 drinks. Tickets are $30.

1/30, Festival – Lunar Fest 2016 in Downtown Riverside all day. Children’s Village with crafts, health expo, performances, traditional foods and more. Free to the public.

2/27-28, Festival – The Riverside Dickens Festival includes theater, mock trails of famous characters, dancing and more. See website for details and to purchase tickets.

 

REDLANDS WINTER SEASONAL EVENTS

2/13, Fundraiser – Chocolate Fantasy event to benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Redlands from 7-11p.m. Chocolate and appetizers, auction, entertainment and more. $75 a person, 21 and over only, black tie preferred.

3/6, Run – 33rd Annual Run Through Redlands includes 5K, 10K and half marathon with starts beginning at 7a.m. Color Splash event for the whole family, Kinder Dash for ages three to six is $5. See website for registration.

 

CORONA WINTER EVENTS

2/27, Festival – 2nd Annual Fire and Ice Chili Cook-Off and Craft Brew Festival at Corona-Norco Family YMCA. Kids area, beer garden and more. Family pack is $40, adults admission is $15, child admission is $7.50, beer garden ticket is $25.

UPLAND WINTER SEASONAL EVENTS

1/9-10, Air Show – 41st Annual Cable Air Show at Cable Airport. Ride opportunities, sky diving and air show, vendors, car show and more. Gates open at 8a.m., Adults are admitted for $10, kids 5-12 admitted for $5, under five admitted free.

1/15, Tasting – Taste of the IE at the Doubletree By Hilton Claremont from 6-10p.m. Casino-style event with live entertainment, food and drink. Single tickets are $75.

1/23, Festival – Brews and Bros Craft Beer Festival at Cable Airport from 1-5p.m. Live entertainment, vendors and Bicyclepalooza. General admission includes unlimited pours and keepsake glass, VIP enters an hour early. Designated drivers and under 21 admitted for $10, kids under 12 admitted free.


CLAREMONT WINTER SEASONAL EVENTS

3/19, Festival – Claremont Pie Festival in Claremont Village. Pie baking and pie eating contests, vendors, car show and more. Check back for details.

 

POMONA WINTER SEASONAL EVENTS

1/9-10, Expo – Reptile Super Show at the Fairplex Saturday 10a.m.-6p.m. and Sunday 11a.m.-5p.m. Admission is $14 adults, kids 12 and under admitted for $9. Parking is $10 at Gate 17.

1/16-17, Expo – Asian-American Expo at the Fairplex. Vendors, performances, food court and more. Tickets are $11 for adults, children 3-12 and seniors are $9. Parking is $10.


1/17 and 3/6, Swap Meet – Pomona Swap Meet and Classic Car Show at the Fairplex from 5a.m.-2pm. Admission is $10 cash, kids 12 and under admitted free. Parking is $10.

2/5-7, Expo – Western States Horse Expo at the Fairplex 9a.m.-6p.m. Early bird pass is $13 and $35, kids 6-17 are admitted for $10.

2/20-12, Expo – SoCal Pet Expo at the Fairplex Expo Hall 6 and 7 Saturday from 10a.m.-6p.m. and Sunday 11a.m.-4pm. Admission is free. Parking is $10 at Gate 17. Pets must be up to date on vaccinations and well mannered.

3/19-20, Festival – Celtic Faire at the Fariplex from 12-6p.m. Vendors, entertainment, games and more. Check website for details.

DESERT AREAS WINTER SEASONAL EVENTS

1/1-11, Festival – Palm Springs International Film Festival at several locations. See website for film festival schedule, ticket prices and more.

1/29-31, Festival – Southwest Art Festival at Empire Polo Club from 10a.m.-5pm. Interactive art, pottery, sculpture and more with live jazz music. General Admission is $10, seniors $8, under 14 admitted free. Three-day pass is $12.

2/27-28, Festival – Palm Desert Greek Fest at St. George Greek Orthodox Church of the Desert from 11.a.m-8p.m. Live entertainment, food, vendors and more. Admission is $3.

2/27-28, Gun Show – Victorville Gun Show at the San Bernardino Fairgrounds Saturday from 9a.m.-5p.m. and Sunday 9a.m.-4p.m. Admission is $10.

3/3-6, Festival – 36th Annual La Quinta Arts Festival from 10a.m.- 5p.m. at the Civic Center Park. Single day entry $17, multi-day is $22.

3/4-5, Art Show – Coachella Valley Watercolor Society 27th Annual Members Art Show at The Palm Springs Air Museum Pond Hangar from 10a.m.-5p.m. Free admission.

 

POMONA WINTER SEASONAL EVENTS

2/11-14, Racing – Circle K NHRA Winternationals at the Auto Club Speedway. Tickets are $20-66. See website for schedule and details.

 

ONTARIO WINTER SEASONAL EVENTS

2/26-28, Karate – Compete World Class Martial Arts Competition at the Ontario Convention Center. More details to come.

1/2-3, Gun Show – Ontario Gun Show at the Ontario Convention Center Saturday 9a.m.-5p.m., Sunday 9a.m.-4p.m. Tickets are $14, kids 12 and under admitted free.

CHINO WINTER SEASONAL EVENTS

3/12, Pets – Bark Around Ayala Park from 9a.m.-12p.m. at Ruben S. Ayala Park. Contest, little dog races, K-Y unit demonstration and more. All pets must be on leases and vaccinated.

 

TEMECULA WINTER SEASONAL EVENTS

1/30-31, Wine Tasting – Temecula Valley Annual Barrel Tasting Weekend throughout Temecula Wine Country from 11a.m.-4p.m. Self-guided tour of 16-32 wineries. Single tickets are $78, two-day are $128.  

3/4-5, Car Show – Temecula Rod Run in Old Town Temecula Friday 5-8p.m. and Saturday 9a.m.-4p.m. Free to the public.
