12/2-3, Festival - 24th annual Winterfest at Cherry Valley Grange Community Center Friday from 4-9 p.m. with tree lighting ceremony, and Saturday from 2-8 p.m. with vendors, crafts kids activities and Santa and Mrs. Claus beginning at 5 p.m. $3 admission, under 3 admitted free.

12/10-28, weekends, Theater - “A Seussified Christmas Carol” readers theater performance at the Beaumont Womens Club Saturday at 7:30 p.m., Sunday at 3 p.m. Tickets are $5.

12/3-24, Santa's House - Christmas in the Village with Santa and Mrs. Claus at the Christmas Tree Lot from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

12/9, Concert - Santa Cross and Kids performance at the Big Bear Performing Arts Center at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $12, student tickets $5.

12/17, Concert - Messiah Sing-Along at the Big Bear Performing Arts Center at 2 and 5 p.m. Tickets are $10.

12/10, Parade – Chino Youth Christmas Parade and Fair starts at 9 a.m. on the corner of Riverside Drive and Monet Vista Avenue. Fair runs 9 a.m.-3 p.m. in the Senior Center and Library parking lots.

12/2-9, Holiday – Letters to Santa can be dropped off at the City Hall, Recreation Office between 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. 

 

CLAREMONT HOLIDAY EVENTS

12/2, Holiday – Annual holiday tree lighting and village promenade held at the Claremont Depot and in the Village. 5-8 p.m. Free admission.

12/2, Holiday – Annual Christmas tree lighting at Valley-Wide Regional Park. 5:30-7:30 p.m. Enjoy “A Charlie Brown Christmas” movie under the stars. Free admission. 

12/3, Parade – Christmas Parade and celebration, theme is “The Gift of Volunteering”, starting at the corner of Florida and Palm. Event begins at 10 a.m. 

12/3, Music – The Mt. San Jacinto College singers and chamber choir will be featuring solos and traditional Christmas carol starting at 7 p.m. at the MSJC San Jacinto Campus Theater. Free admission. 

12/4, Breakfast – Holiday Pancake Breakfast and Golf at the Golden Era Golf Course from 7 a.m.-2 p.m. Cost is $5 breakfast only or $30 for a round of golf and breakfast.

12/3, Parade – 37th Annual Blue Jay Parade. Highway 189 will be closed from 1-3:30 p.m. Parade begins at 2 p.m. Arrive early for best parking.

PERRIS HOLIDAY EVENTS

12/2-18, weekends, Trains – Ride the train to Santa’s Workshop at the Orange Empire Railway Museum. Trains depart Fridays at 5:30 and 7 p.m, Saturday and Sunday at 11 a.m. and 1, 3 5:30 and 7 p.m. Tickets are $20, ages 2-11 admitted for $15.

12/3-4, Ballet - “The Nutcracker” performed by the Inland Pacific Ballet Saturday at 2 and 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. Tickets are $47 for adults and $25 for youth.

12/10, Concert - Aaron Neville at the Lewis Family Playhouse at 8 p.m. Tickets are $58-$65.
