Through 12/01, Theater - “Joseph and th Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat!” at the Big Bear Lake Performing Arts Center Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m., Sunday matinee at 1:30 p.m. Tickets are $21-$29.

11/20, Racing  -Import Face-Off at the Fontana Auto Club Dragway at Auto Club Speedway from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. Car show registration from 9 a.m. – noon. Tickets $20-$250; children 10 and younger admitted free.

11/20, Festival  - Euro Expo at the Fontana Auto Club Speedway from 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. Live music, racing, food trucks, vendors and more. Free admission.   

 

HEMET WEEKEND EVENTS

11/18-20, Theater - “A Bench in the Sun” at Ramona Hillside Playhouse Friday 7:30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $10-15.

 

LAKE ELSINORE WEEKEND EVENTS

11/19, Workshop - Free jewelry making event at La Rebelde Winery from 6-9 p.m. Children 14 and older; minors must be accompanied by an adult.

 

MORENO VALLEY WEEKEND EVENTS

11/18-19, Adoption - Home for the Holidays Pet Adoption Event at the Moreno Valley Animal Shelter Friday 10 a.m.–5:30 p.m. and Saturday 10:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Free admission.

11/19, Games - Celebrate International Games day at the Moreno Valley Public Library from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Free event.  

11/20, Sports - Volleyball Teen/ Youth and Adult Open Play day at the CRC Gymnasium from 11 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Cost is $1-$5 depending on residency.

11/18, Party - Turkey Party for Little Ones at the Ovitt Family Community Library from 10:30–11:30 a.m.  Free event, ages 2-5.

11/18, Party - Turkey Day Party for ages 12-18 at the De Anza Community and Teen Center from 6-8 p.m.

11/18-20, Auction - McCormick’s Car Auction at the Palm Springs Convention Center with auctions Friday from noon.-8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday beginning at 10 a.m.

11/18-12/18, weekends, Theater - “The Santaland Diaries” at The Desert Rose Playhouse in Desert Mirage Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m., Sundays at 2 p.m.  Tickets are $32-$35.

11/18-20, Home Show - Desert Living Home Show at the Palm Springs Convention Center Friday noon-6 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m.-5 p.m.

11/19-20, Expo - Palm Springs Comic Con at the Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Tickets are $15 for single day, $25 for weekend passes. Kids 10 and younger admitted free with adult.


11/19, Movie - Palm Springs Public Library will be showing Disney’s “The Jungle Book” from 2-4 p.m. Family movie matinees repeat monthly.

 

PERRIS WEEKEND EVENTS

11/19, Hike - Guided Nature Walk at Lake Perris State Park. Meet at the Hunter’s Parking Lot at the East end of the park. Regular park entry fees of $10 per vehicle apply.

11/19, Workshop -  Junior Ranger Program—Hunters and Gathers at Lake Perris State Recreation Area from 10 a.m.–3 p.m. Free activities for children.

 

POMONA WEEKEND EVENTS

11/18-20, Home - The Pomona Home Improvement and Remodeling Show at Fairplex, Expo Hall 4. Friday noon-7 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m.-7 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Free admission. Parking is $10 at Gate 17 on Fairplex Dr.

REDLANDS WEEKEND EVENTS

Through 11/20, weekends, Theater - “The Emperor’s New Clothes” at LifeHouse Theater Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday at 2:15 p.m. Tickets are $18 in advance, $9 for kids, and $12 and $24 at the door.

Through 11/27, weekends, Theater - “Wait Until Dark” at Footlighters Theater Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m., Sunday at 2 p.m. Tickets are $15.

11/19, Art - Red Dirt Art Festival at Smiley Park from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. with art for sale and display.

11/19, Basketball - Turkey Shoot at the Redlands Community Center. Winner of each age group will win a free turkey for Thanksgiving. Event is for ages 4-14, beginning at noon. Gymnasium doors open at 11:45 a.m.

11/19, Festival - Holiday Kickoff at Ed Hales Park in Downtown Redlands from 4 p.m.-7 p.m. with musical entertainment and children’s games and activities.

 

RIVERSIDE WEEKEND EVENTS

11/18, Market - Marketplace night at Sandals Church Hunter Park from 6-7 p.m. and 9-10 p.m., gathering starts 7:30-9 p.m. Market features more than 30 local hand-crafted artisan vendors, worship,and much more. Admissions is free.

11/19, Games - Celebrate International Games Day at La Sierra Library from 3:30–5 p.m., Casa Blanca Branch Library from 10 a.m.-6 p.m., and Orange Terrace Library from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Family games. Free event.

11/19, Dance - '80s Dance Party at  Mission Tobacco Lounge at 9 p.m. Free event.

11/19, Walk - Spirit of the Tribes 5K Run/Walk with Native American Student Programs at UC Riverside from 7–11 a.m. Free parking in Lot 1 with permit from lot attendant.

11/18-20, Theater - “The House of Bernarda Alba" at The San Bernardino Garcia Center for the Arts Friday and Saturday at 8 pm., Sunday at 6 p.m. Tickets are $15

11/19, Sports - Saturday REM MX—National Track at Glen Helen Raceway. Gates open at 7 a.m., practice 8:30 a.m. and racing 10 a.m. Gate fees are $10 for adults and $5 for children 6-12. Spectators admitted free. Saturday MX practice at Glen Helen Raceway from 8 a.m.-1 p.m.  Price $25 per bike.

11/19, Fundraiser - 16th Annual Child Help Forest of Hope “Jazz in the Park” Luncheon and Tree Presentation at National Orange Show Events Center from 11 a.m.-4 p.m.

11/20, Market - The San Bernardino Outdoor Market from 7 a.m.- 2 p.m. at National Orange Show Events Center. Admission is 75 cents, children under 12 years are free. All parking is free, repeats most Sundays.

 

TEMECULA WEEKEND EVENTS

11/19-20, Craft -Craft Fair at Maurice Carrie Winery from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Admission is free.

11/19, Community - Walking Tour of Old Town Temecula from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Tour is $5 per person.

11/19, Market - Farmers Market every Saturday morning in historic Old Town Temecula from 8 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

11/19, Community - Brewen’s Old Town Temecula Trolley at the Temecula Civic Center from 9 a.m.-1 p.m., Enjoy a free trolley ride through Old Town Temecula on Saturday’s. Free parking is available at the Civic Center Parking Garage.

11/20, Pets - Dog Day Sunday at Carol’s Restaurant at Baily’s Winery from 10:30 a.m.-3 p.m. All dogs will receive a free raffle ticket for a bottle of Baily wine.
