5/20, PubFest - The 1st annual Big Bear Lake PubFest runs from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m. at seven participating locations throughout Big Bear Lake Village. Complimentary appetizers and 5 oz. tasters at each location. Tickets start at $20. End the day with the Miss Liberty Sunset Dessert Cruise for an additional fee.

5/20, Bike Safety Rodeo - The California Highway Patrol and the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department is sponsoring this annual rodeo that focuses on bike safety and safety equipment from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at SkyPark at Santa’s Village. Children are encouraged to bring their bikes to get a safety check performed. A raffle for new bikes will also be held. Free.

5/21, Trout Awards - The Hall Family Trout Classic Awards Ceremony runs from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Big Bear Lake Convention Center. This event is open to the public.



5/20, 80s Celebration - The Chino Basque Club holds a Celebrating the 1980s event from 6 to 11 p.m. Costumes recommended. Adults are $20, and children are $10.

5/21, Pioneer Picnic - The Chino Valley Historical Society holds its 92nd Annual Pioneer Picnic from noon to 2 p.m. at the Community Building. This is a potluck event so guests are asked to bring an entrée, side dish, or dessert to share. Please bring your own plates and utensils too. Free.



5/19-20, Band Concert - Don’t Call Me Shirley performs from 8 p.m. to midnight at The Host.

5/20, Choral Concert - The Claremont Chorale in collaboration with the Repertory Opera Company presents a special choral concert, Opera Choruses, from 3 to 5 p.m. at First Christian Church. Tickets are available online.

5/21, ongoing, Open Market - There’s some great finds at Claremont Farmers and Artisans Market from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sundays on Second Street between Indian Hill Boulevard and Yale Ave. Free.

Thru 10/27, Claremont Friday Nights Live! - Free concerts are held at the Village Square Public Plaza (by Laemmle 5 Theatres), in front of the Claremont Chamber, 205 Yale Avenue and at City Hall Plaza, Second St west of Harvard Ave. 



5/20, Open Marketplace - Corona Certified Farmer’s Market held at the Main St. Marketplace from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Free.

5/20, Car Show - Cars and Coffee meet up every Saturday from 7-9 a.m. at Saleen Automotive. Free.

5/20, Spring Concert - The Circle City Chorale presents its spring concert, “Unity in Song!” at 2 and 7 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Corona. Pre-sale tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for students and seniors (+55), and $8 for children. Tickets are available for purchase online at PurplePass.

5/20-21, Relay for Life - The American Cancer Society’s 24-hour Relay for Life begins at 9 a.m. Saturday at Santana Park. Team registration is available online.



5/20, Hazardous Waste Collection - A household hazardous waste collection is set for 8 a.m. to noon at 16454 Orange Way. Residents only. Copy of Burrtec trash bill required to verify residency.

Thru 8/18, Free Movie Night - Family Movie Nights are held the third Friday of the month from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Cypress Center. Snacks and refreshments. This week’s movie is “Trolls.” Free.



5/20-21, Boat Show - The Lake Arrowhead Chamber of Commerce presents the 10th annual Lake Arrowhead Boat Show from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday in the Village. Free.



5/19-21, Jo Koy on Stage - Enjoy comedian Jo Koy this weekend at Ontario Improv. Tickets are $35. Seats are first come, first serve. Showtimes are available online.



5/20-21, Civil War Reenactment - A Civil War reenactment takes place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. this weekend at the Orange Empire Railway Museum. Admission is $7 per person for ages 12 and up, and $5 for ages 4 – 11. Admission is included with an all-day ride pass which is $12 for ages 12 and older, and $8 for ages 5 – 11. Ages 4 and under are free. This event is free for museum members.



5/20, BBQ Bash - The SoCal BBQ Bash and Expo runs from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Fairplex Exposition Complex. Tickets start at $15.



5/20, Grand Opening - Brand new music, dining and fun entertainment venue opens inside Victoria Gardens. Visit the grand opening of Punch Bowl Social today (taking over the previous Tobey Keith space). 



5/20, AirFest and Anniversary Celebration - The Hangar 24 AirFest and 9th Anniversary Celebration runs from noon to 10 p.m. at Redlands Municipal Airport. Ticket prices vary and are available online.

Thru 5/21, Youth Circus - The All-American Youth Circus’ “A Moment in Wunderland” continues this weekend at the Redlands Family YMCA. Showtimes are 7 p.m. Friday, 5 p.m. Saturday, and 3 p.m. Sunday. Adults are $15, and children 3-12 are $10. Under 3 is free if sitting on adult’s lap.



5/20, Taste of Brews - Craft beer heaven. Come to White Park 12-4 p.m. for one of the best yearly beer festivals visiting the Inland Empire

5/20, 80s Tribute - Take a trip back to the 1980s with several classic tribute bands for The Cure, Duran Duran, New Order, and Billy Idol. The show starts at 7 p.m. at the Riverside Municipal Auditorium. Tickets start at $11.  

5/20, Airport Career Day - The Riverside Municipal Airport plays host to an Airport Career Day for high school juniors and seniors from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Free.

5/20, Orchestra Concert - The La Sierra University Music Departments hosts a special concert from 7:30 to 10 p.m. at La Sierra University. Tickets are $15 for general admission, $10 for seniors, and $5 for students.

5/21, Memorial Car Show - The 9th Annual Phil Braybrooks Memorial Car show runs from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the J& M SSpeed Center. Event features music, food, games, raffles, and cars. Free.



5/19-20, Marc Yaffee - Comedian Marc Yaffee takes the stage at Pechange Resort and Casino at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Tickets are available online. 21 and older only.

5/20, Grand Opening - The Winchester Western grand opening celebration runs from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. at its location in the Historic Vail Headquarters Center. BBQ dinner, beer, wine, raffle, door prizes, and more. Kanan Road will present a free southern rock concert from 6 to 9 p.m. Free. Bring your lawn chairs for the concert.

Thru 5/21, “Little Shop of Horrors” - Bring the family to this comedic musical, based on the 1960 movie of the same name at the Old Town Temecula Community Theater. Show times are 7:30 p.m. Friday, 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Saturday, and 2 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $25 for orchestra, $20 for parterre, and $15 for balcony.
