Megan McClain is a Contributing Writer for IEShineOn's "SoCal Families" section. Megan is also a lifelong Inland Empire resident and the seventh generation to live in the Redlands area. She did too many years of color guard, married her high school sweetheart and cheered in the new millennium under Big Ben. She was a reporter and photojournalist before having kids and is now working on a roadside memorial series. She is currently drinking too much coffee daily, attending GIS classes and working, all while doing the dishes, laundry and parenting her two young boys. She loves the color yellow, sunsets at the beach and unicorns, and wishes she was better at styling her scarf. Megan loves her small town culture and the fact there are several Thai restaurants in her area. Her writing can be found at Sunshine Wonderland

Jaqueline is a "Jane-of-all-trades." She assists with various projects, including contributing writer and content developer. Responsibilities include video projects and social media.
She, also, owns her own catering service, Paprika Doll Catering, that focuses on eccentric gourmet. She has an obsession for all things vintage, from cars to fashion to kitchen utensils. She also gets a kick out of competing in pin-up pageants, every now and then. Even though she has lived in the IE her entire life, ever since working with IEShineOn.com, she has learned so much more. Her goal now is to spread awareness on just how many gems this treasure chest of an area has.
