Summer is here early in the Inland Empire. Settle into warm summer vibes with free movies, late night concerts and a whole lot of family-friendly good times. From a free showing of A Good Dinosaur to live music that will make you want to bust a move, your week just got a whole lot better!
Calling all parents and caregivers! The Inland Empire Family Fair, a family expo and play date is coming to Chino Basin Water Conservation District on Saturday, June 18th. 5/23, Free Movie – The Good Dinosaur this Friday in Apple Valley at sunset. Event is free. Bring along your own picnic, or you can purchase various snacks. No matter what you bring, this movie will be a hit with your whole family.
5/24, Free Movie – Minions at Chaffey Town Square at Vicotria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga. Event starts at 7 p.m. Don’t forget to wear yellow to this Minion-tastic event! If you come dressed in the theme as a family, you will receive five raffle tickets. Enjoy free child-friendly activities and a raffle followed by a movie, and you’re sure to have a great time.
5/25, Concerts – Concerts in the Park at Ontario Town Square on Wednesdays. Live music begins at 7 p.m. while the market runs from 5-9 p.m. This evening, the band called Smooth Touch will be playing all the best Top 40 hits. This will be an evening the whole family will enjoy.
5/26, Discounted Movie – Dos Lagos Luxury Theatres invites you to Bargain Days on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Starlight Dos Lagos in Corona. Price is only $5 with an extra $2 for 3D and extra $3 for EPEX. Pricing is all day for all shows. This means you can catch a brand-new feature film for less than half of what you would normally pay. Save some money, and catch up on the latest movies to hit the big screen.
5/26, Free Movie Night – Family Movie Nights (every Thursday) at the Steelworkers’ Auditorium in Fontana from 6p.m. to 8p.m. This free movie screening will prove to be the perfect family outing, because everyone appreciates a quality film projected onto the big screen. This evening in particular, attendees will enjoy a showing of Legend of the Guardian: The Owls of Ga’Hoole. Seating is limited, so you’ll want to arrive early to ensure you get a good spot.
5/27, Free Movie – The Good Dinosaur at Ed Hales Park in Redlands from 6-9 p.m. It’s every child’s favorite new movie, The Good Dinosaur! As if that wasn’t exciting enough, this movie in the park also has free games and activities for little ones to enjoy. Don’t forget to bring a picnic blanket and some lawn chairs!
5/27, Live Music – Friday Nights Live at the Public Plaza off 2nd and Yale in The Village on Fridays from 6-9 p.m. The Claremont Village is already charming with its quirky residents and boutique shops, however live music echoing down the streets makes it even better. Come by for dinner or shopping, and you’ll also get to enjoy this live music happening on the street.
