News | Breast Cancer Professionals Panel to be Held in Riverside
On February 9th, The Pink Ribbon Place, a program of Riverside Community Health Foundation, and Parkview Community Hospital Medical Centerinvite community residents impacted by breast cancer and their family members and care givers to a special Professional Panel event at Parkview Community Hospital.
The free panel features leading medical experts who will share in-depth, up-to-date information about the breast cancer journey, and offer candid discussions about an individual’s experience and expectations during the detection, diagnosis, and treatment of breastcancer.
The Professionals Panel will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Founder’s Center of Parkview Community Hospital. Reservations are required for the event. Please contact 951.788.3471 to make a reservation or if you have any questions.

Mission and Services:
The Pink Ribbon Place provides support to all women, men and their loved ones who have been impacted by breast cancer by offering support groups, individual counseling, meditation groups, health and wellness programs, wigs, bras, and breast prosthesis at no cost. The Pink Ribbon Place also offers free diagnostic services for uninsured and underinsured men and women under the age of 40 with breast health concerns residing in the cities of Riverside and Jurupa Valley. The diagnostic program and center are supported year-round by Pink Ribbon Thrift, a vintage and thrift store that RCHF recently relocated to 6681 Magnolia Ave. in Riverside, near the Dairy Queen.
