DESIGN FOR GOOD San Bernardino County 2017

Did you know that the San Bernardino County supports nonprofits fighting poverty, homelessness and discrimination? On April 8-9, 2017, DESIGN FOR GOOD, a national movement initiated by the design guild AIGA seeks to ignite design-driven social change, will host a 24-hour design marathon incorporating graphic design students from Cal State San Bernardino and Art Institute of California Inland Empire to donate over $20,000 in pro bono services to expand awareness of worth community programs and causes.
DESIGN FOR GOODS is a project of Arts4Good to take place at Art Institute of California Inland Empire, 674 E. Brier Dr., San Bernardino.
The nonprofits to participate are:
- A Core Solution – provide families with utility assistance, financial literacy, and life coaching in the High Desert.
- CASA of San Bernardino – connects foster youth with advocates to help maneuver the court system as well as life.
- Reach Out – Upland-based nonprofit with successful programs that support stronger families and awareness of health careers.
- Santa Claus Inc. –provides clothing and services that empower San Bernardino county families during Christmas time and throughout the year.
