Head over to Redlands on October 25, 2015 to IE Zine Fest during the Downtown Redlands Art Walk. A Shop Called Quest presents the IE Zine Fest celebrating all aspects of the DIY community.
A quick recap—a zine is a magazine that is either print in or on the web that is independently produced and has a small circulation. Zines are usually printed on photocopy paper or whatever is easily available. Zines can be about anything; they allow artists the freedom to be as creative as possible. If you want to get your hands on one, the IE Zine Fest will have plenty.

Artists will have booths selling their zines and other DIY art pieces. Andre Katkov will have a Star Wars themed booth, as well as Alice in Wonderland inspired art. Matthew Koerber will have is popular doodles the “Weird Realms of the Unknown.” Want to read a zine? Stacy Russo zines will have poems and an autobiography. Not only will these artists be there but there will be even more. Check out IE Zine Fest's tumblr to find out more information about all the artist that are going to be there.
Downtown Redlands will be having their Art Walk, which will have a beer garden, live music, vendors and art booths.
IE Zine Fest will be held at 5 E Citrus Ave. Ste. 101 in Redlands. It starts at 12p.m. and the fun continues till 6p.m. Check their Facebook for the newest updates and information. Come out and support local artists!
