The Signature Chefs Auction will be held on January 25, 2016 and all proceeds will benefit the March of Dimes organization. Guests will enjoy tastings from prominent chefs and wine merchants. Guests will also receive a special dessert as well as an auction featuring phenomenal trips, entertainment and dining packages.


March of Dimes is a nonprofit organization that works to end premature births and related issues. They work to help mothers have healthy full term pregnancies, as well as providing comfort and support to families who are struggling with these issues. A part of March of Dimes funds go into researching the reasons why babies are born too soon or sick. Their goal is to make sure that every baby gets a fighting chance. At the event guests will vote for their favorite signature chef. During the event the winner will be announced and receive a trophy. The amazing chefs that will be there are:
