This evening of art will be hosted by the Emporia Arts District, which is located in Downtown Ontario, an eclectic and historic part of the city. This neighborhood was designed to support the creative arts and truly generates a sense of community and artistic energy. The desire for bringing the arts to Ontario was born in 2014, when the Ontario City Council partnered with downtown stakeholders and volunteers to bring more arts and culture programs into the area.

In 2015, the Ontario City Council announced the Ontario Arts and Culture website in order to create a central place to access all the art events in the area. By making these events more accessible to the public, Ontario hopes to become the arts and culture center of the region.
