2016 Upland Lemon Festival

Pucker up for some fun with a whole weekend devoted to the sunny sour citrus of SoCal.

The Upland Lemon Festival returning to the streets of Downtown Upland on April 29th through May 1st with live performances, carnival fun and lemon-flavored everything you can think of. Admission is free to the Lemon Festival.

Entertainment includes live performances, exhibits and education about lemon crafts and gardening, a crafters village, and the “Lemon Idol” singing competition. New this year, the Citrus Blues Festival is all day Sunday with blues from 10a.m.-6p.m. at the Citrus Grove Stage. The Lemon Idol competition preliminary competitions are April 21st and 23rd (see website for details). Semi-finals and finals are Friday and Saturday. Many food vendors are available through the festival with a variety of lemon-themed and accented foods, including lemonade, corndogs, ice cream, roasted corn, sandwiches, candy, French fries and more.

A carnival opens Friday at 3p.m., which offers several rides and games. Tickets for the carnival are available online for a discounted price, with six rides and two ‘2-for-1’ games package for $21.99. Some proceeds from the event benefit local organizations through The Learning Centers at Fairplex.
