It’s going to be raining off and on this week, so we have both indoor and outdoor activities that will get your muscles moving! Get into motion with drop-in sports activities from dodge ball to batting cages and various skating events. We’ll see you there, Inland Empire!
3/7, Dodgeball – Dodgeball and other activities at Big Air Redlands from 3-9p.m. Price is $14 an hour per person, plus $7 for each additional hour. Play dodgeball while flying high on trampolines with your group or with strangers at this high-flying activity.
3/8, Roller Skating – Totally Tuesdays! Roller Skating at Cal Skate Grand Terrace from 6:30-8:30p.m. Price is $3 for admission. Skate rentals are $5, socks are $3, and they are yours to keep. Roller skating is fun for both adults and children, so lace up your hockey skates or traditional four-wheel roller skates, and get active.
3/9, Batting Cages – Batting Cages at Riverside Batting Cages from 3-9p.m. Rates are 10 pitches for 50 cents, 15 minutes for $8, 30 minutes for $15 and 60 minutes for $25. Bats and helmets are provide free of charge for use in the cages if you don’t have your own. There are 20 cages in total at this location, 13 for baseball, four for fast pitch softball and three for slow pitch softball.
3/10, Ice Skating – Public Ice Skating Sessions at Ontario from 11a.m.-5:45p.m. and 7:10-8:30p.m. Price is $10 and includes skate rentals. Admission without skate rentals is $9. You don’t need to know any fancy tricks to give ice-skating a try. If you don’t have great balance, be sure to hang onto a friend who does!
3/10, Soccer – Pay N’ Play at The Upland Sports Arena. Check schedule online, as it is updated daily. Cost per person is $6 before 3:30p.m. and $8 after 4p.m. Players can drop in to kick the ball around, meet other soccer players and have a lot of fun. Schedule is subject to change.
3/11, Horseback Riding – Horseback Rides at Western Trails Horseback Riding in Norco (Horsetown, USA) at 9:30a.m., 1:15p.m. and 4:15p.m. Price per rider during weekdays are $20-30. Reservations must be made in advance, and we recommend you check the refund and rescheduling policy in advance as well. Have you ever ridden a horse before? Explore this trailhead on a guided ride, where you can feel like a natural horseback rider, despite your prior experience.
3/11, Gymnastics Lunch – Lunch Bunch at Redlands Gymnastics Club from 11:30a.m.-1:30p.m. Cost is $14, and a waiver must be signed for participation. Parents can drop off their preschooler from ages two to five off at this activity. Children will play, enjoy games, play with a parachute, and eat a packed lunch that is provided by the parent. Register early, because space is limited.
