3/30, Ice Skating – Public Sessions for Ice Skating at Ontario Ice Skating Center from 11a.m. to 4:45p.m. and 7:10p.m. to 8:30p.m. Admission is $8 with your own skates or $9.50 for admission and rental skates. Your dreams of being a graceful ice skater can come true at this center for athelticism and fun. Bringing the public the chance to grace the ice for over 50 years, this is a great place to visit in the IE with your family.
3/31, Story Time – Chinese Story Time at the A.K. Smiley Public Library in Redlands at 5:45p.m. Head over to the Story Corner in the Young Reader’s Room to enjoy Chinese Story Time with other children of all ages. Explore the wondrous world of China through various tales of adventure.
4/1, Painting – Ceramic Paint Bar at Ceramic Cupboard in Norco from 11a.m. to 6p.m. Price is $6 for the entire day, which includes an umlimited supply of over 100 paint colors, brushes, stencils and sponges. Basic instruction and free kiln firings are also available, you just have to purchase the unpainted ceramic pieces in which you plan on adorning.
4/2, Jump – Toddler Jump at Pump it Up in Rancho Cucamonga from 10a.m. to 1p.m. Admission is $7 per child. Children ages six and under. Little ones can enjoy some interactive playtime at this exciting attraction that is full of obstacle courses, bounce houses, slides, pits and more. After all, it will be a great way to get their wiggles out!
4/2, Food Trucks – Food Truck Thursdays at the Fairplex in Pomona from 5:30p.m. to 8:30p.m. Admission is free. After working a long day, no one is excited to prepare a meal for the entire family. How about heading out to the Fairplex to grab some food to-go from one of their delectable food trucks.
4/3, Hike – Hike to San Antonio Falls in Mt. Baldy. Check this website for directions. Just minutes off the main road, this short hike will be a fun adventure with the littles ones that has a rewarding conclusion—a 75-foot waterfall that is absolutely beautiful. Be sure to get an adventure pass to park off the main road, and be sure to bring plenty of water and everything else you need for a hike in the mountains.
4/3, Musical – Ragtime at Landis Performing Arts Center at Riverside City College at 7p.m. Tickets range from $29-$50. Students with valid college ID are admitted for only $10. Follow this old school tale that takes place during America’s Guilded Age of 1906. This upper middle class family from New York will teach that you that anything is possible, even the most unexpected of happenings.
