The Orchard Restaurant | Weekly Special: Meatball Sub and Cioppino [dedicated]

Starting this week, The Orchard starts their weekly Chef's Specials. Every week, Chef Matthew will be releasing two special menu items. Both items come with a side.
This week, The Orchard features a Ground Beef Meatball Sandwich and a Seafood & Smoked Sausage Cioppino. Check out the full menu below.
According to Chef Matthew, the ground beef meatball is made with garlic, cheese, Italian seasonings, bread crumbs, and milk to add tenderness to the meatball. They're then browned in a fryer and baked again with Sicilian style marinara, also made in-house and from scratch.
The Seafood & Sausage Cioppino is made with sauteed Washington Pencove mussels, tiger shrimp, U10 scallops, sausages with Pinot Grigio in the stew base. U10 dry packed scallops are wonderful, because they are not packed in any kind of preservative that causes them to absorb water and lose flavor. Top chefs will use only dry packed. Seafood is delivered daily!
