We’re heading to the beginning of Summer with some beautiful warm weather and some incredible Inland Empire weekend events that will get you out in the sunshine or a night on the town! We’ve rounded up the best things to do this weekend for you.

5/29, Tedx - TEDx La Sierra University at the Zapara School of Business beginning at 8 p.m. Tickets are $30-99.  See owner of a la minute Ryan Berk discuss the passion behind his business. Learn a little bit about a la minute from a previous blog post we did on the dynamic duo that runs this growing business.

 5/29, Concert - Ciara at the Riverside Municipal Auditorium at 7 p.m. Tickets are $27.50-30.

5/30, Auction - Inland Koi Society Auction and Used Equipment Sale from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at Milfield’s Nursery. 9  a.m. registration, auction begins at 10 a.m. $5 paddle includes lunch.

5/31, History - Screening and presentation of the R’ Stories Oral History Project from 1-3 p.m. at the Riverside Metropolitan Museum.



Now through 6/28, Weekends, Theater - “Zorro” at LifeHouse Theater Fridays at 7:30 p.m., Saturday at 2:15 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2:15 p.m. Tickets are $14-18 for adults, $7-9 for ages 3-11.

 5/29, Auditions - Auditions for If the Shoe Fits and Magical Memories at the Burrage Mansion at 6:30 p.m. Bring head shot, resume and skills.

5/30, Car Show - Redlands Optimist Club Annual Car Show and Chili Cook-Off at Sylvan park from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Live entertinament, vendors, food and beer garden. Admission is $5 for ages 12 and up, chili tastes extra.

5/30, Bicycles – Children’s Health & Bike Safety Expo from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Redlands Mall Parking Lot. For ages 3-12, includes inspections, giveaways and more.

 5/30, Automobiles - Touch A Truck event at Ted Runner Stadium parking lot from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. $5 admission for ages 3 and older, ‘no lights, no horns’ from 9-10 a.m. Proceeds benefit Rotary Club of Redlands projects.

 5/31, Volunteer - Healthy, Wealthy and Wise Expo and food packing event at Dream Dinner from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. $54 sponsors a box of meals to benefit local families and the Philippines. Vendors, music and entertainment, benefits the Friends & Family Community Connections.



5/29-31, Festival - Lost Highway Motorcycle Show and Concert at San Manuel Amphitheater & Grounds from Tickets are $29.50-99.50, see website for schedule. Camping available. 

5/30-31, Motorcross - Loretta Lynn MX Regional at Glen Helen Raceway. Adult weekend pass $30, children 6-12 years $10. See website for registration and schedule.

5/30, Motorcross - Weekly motorcross race practice at Glen Helen Raceway beginning at 10 a.m. $25 per motorcycle, on race days $10 admission per person.

5/30, Concert  - “Como La Flor - A Tribute to Selena” at the California Theater for the Performing Arts at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $35-55.

5/30, Car Show - Car Show Hop and Concert at the National Orange Show Sports Center from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Live performers, hopping and sound competitions. Entry fee for cars, and bikes showing, vendors, beer garden and kids entertainment. 



Now through 6/21, weekends, Reniassance Fair - Koroneberg Renaissance Festival at Crossroads Riverview Park from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday. Jousting, games, food and revelry. Tickets are $18 adults, $15 seniors and children 5-11, $12 military. 

 5/29-31, Theater - “Oklahoma!” At the Historic Civic Center Auditorium Friday at 7 p.m., Saturday at 2 and 7 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m.  $14 for adults, $12 for students and seniors and $60 for a family of five. Tickets $2 more when purchased at door.

 5/29, Concert - Seedless at M15 Concert Bar and Grill. Doors open at 7 p.m., tickets are $10 presale, $15 at the door for the all-ages show.

5/30, Adoptions – Paws in the Park event at The Shops at Dos Logos from 8 a.m.-12 p.m. Kids activities, vendors, dog bowl painting, and adoption and rescue agencies with potential pets. Free admission.



5/29-30, Comedy - Dan eagle at Flapper’s Comedy Club Friday at 8 and 10 p.m. and Saturday at 7 and 9 p.m. Tickets are $20.

5/30, Festival - Claremont Folk Festival at Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden from 10 a.m.- 9 p.m. family art activities, performances, music and dance workshops. $35 general admission, 12 and under free.

5/31, Fundraiser - “Mi Casa Es Su Casa” fundraiser benefitting Claremont Community Foundation and Claremont Educational Foundation. $75 a person, reservations required.



5/29, Concert - Rising Appalachia at The Glass House beginning at 9 p.m. Tickets are $18-20.

5/29, Library Fundraiser - For the Love of Pomona fundraising event for the Pomona Public Library is at dA Center for the Arts 7-12 a.m.

5/30, Concert - Haste The Day at The Glass House beginning at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $15-18.

5/31, Expo - Bride World Expo at the Fairplex from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Hundreds of wedding professionals ad vendors. Admission is $10 with completed admission form 12 and under free.



5/30, Car Show -  Pomona Valley Harley Davidson 15th Annual Hot Rod and Bike Show from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Live music, vendors and more, raffle for Harley –Davidson bike.

5/30, Adoptions - Spring Pet Adoption Faire from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. in Memorial Park. Vendors, adoptions and education, diving dogs demonstration.

5/30-31, Festival - Wild West Festival and Western Art Show at Gilman Historic Ranch & Wagon Museum from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Western reenactments, panning, art show and more. $3 adults, $2 children, $1 leashed dogs.



5/30-31, Racing - Lucas Oil Off-Road Racing continues at Lake Elsinore Motorsports Park. Spectator gates open at 11 a.m. each day, opening ceremonies at 2 p.m. Tickets are $25 a day, 12 and under free.



5/29-31, BBQ Festival - Horse Town Brew n’ Que Festival at the George Ingalls Event. Live music, demonstrations, beer and barbecue tasting.
