With only a few weeks of 2016 left, there are still several events to enjoy during the holiday season.

Celebrate the holiday season by taking a traditional picture with Santa or journey out to the many parades, farmers markets, movie nights, and many other Inland Empire activities.

12/10-11, Pet Photo with Santa – Bring your furry friend to your local PetSmart to visit Santa and get a free photo from noon-4 p.m. See website to see the nearest location near you.  

Through 12/24, Photo with Santa – Visit Bass Pro Shops for free photo with Santa and personalized digital Christmas card. Free 4x6 photo. Other photo packages and Christmas cards available for purchase.


12/10, Parade – 19th Annual Christmas Light Parade beginning at 6 p.m. at the intersection of Palm Avenue and 12th Street. Free event.

12/9-24, weekends, Holiday – Santa’s House open every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. 


12/10, Parade – Chino Youth Christmas Parade and Fair starts at 9 a.m. on the corner of Riverside Drive and Monet Vista Avenue. Fair runs 9 a.m.-3 p.m. in the Senior Center and Library parking lots.



Through 12/9, Letters to Santa – Letters to Santa can be dropped off at the City Hall, Recreation Office between 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.

Through 12/24, Photos with Santa – Delight in the magic of the season with visits and photos with Santa at The Shoppes at Chino Hills. See website for dates, times and pricing.



12/9, Contra Dance - In the style of Pride & Prejudice, contra dance think of contra as the ball from Pride and Prejudice infused with the energy of an Appalachian square dance. No prior experience necessary. Come on by and learn something new at Bridges Auditorium.

12/9, Art - Art Mart every Friday evening from 5-9 p.m. at the Claremont Packing House. Admission is free.

12/10, 17, 24, Holiday music – Festive Sound Saturdays at the Claremont Chamber office, Shelton Park and Village Square Public Plaza. Strolling carolers every Saturday afternoon thorugh Dec. 17. See website for specific times.

12/11, Marketplace – Claremont Heritage Flea Market and Crafts at Memorial Park from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Free admission.


12/10, Parade – Colton Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade starting at 10 a.m. at La Cadena Drive. Live entertainment, food, craft vendors and more at Fleming Park.  


12/9, Storytime – Fridays are family story time at the Corona Public Library from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Finger plays, songs, rhymes, crafting and more. Free admission.

12/10, Holiday Festivities  – Fifty tons of fresh snow at The Shops at Dos Lagos. Festivities begin at 8:30 a.m. with Breakfast with Santa at Citrus City Grille. Viewing of “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” will start at 10 a.m. at Dos Lagos Luxury Theatres. Photos with Santa from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

12/10, Auto – Cars and Coffee meet up every Saturday from 7-9 a.m. at Saleen Automotive. Free admission.

12/10, Holiday - 14th Annual Corona Holiday Magic Police Department “Kids and Cops Holiday Magic” from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at Sheridan Park. Registration is required. 

12/10, Music – Circle City Chorale’s holiday show, “The Magic of Christmas,” at the Corona Christian Center at 2 and 7 p.m. Tickets $8-$14.

12/10, Marketplace - Farmer’s Market held at the Main St. Marketplace across from Fender Museum every Saturday. 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Free admission.

12/10-11, Festival - 2nd Annual Festival of Trees & Craft Faire at Peppermint Ridge from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Homemade bake goods, kids activities, entertainment and more. You may bring an unwrapped toy or sport equipment for the Spark of Love Toy Drive.

12/9-1/1, weekends, Follies - Holiday Follies at Tibbies Center Stage Fontana with dinner and show tickets available. Tickets are $55-$71, check website for show times. 

12/10, Parade  – Hosted by the Fontana Exchange Club, the annual Fontana Christmas Parade starts at 10 a.m. in downtown Fontana. Free admission. 

12/10, Festival – The City of Fontana annual Festival of Winter at Miller Park, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Free admission.


12/9-11, Musical – “I’ll Be Home for Christmas” at the Ramona Hillside Playhouse. Friday-Saturday 7:30 p.m. and Sunday 2:30 p.m. Tickets $10-$15. There are only 97 seats available per show.

12/10, Movie – Dr. Seuss’s “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” at the Historic Hemet Theater from 1-3 p.m. General Admission $10 includes two free concessions.


12/10, Breakfast with Santa – Breakfast with Santa at Fire Station 85. Breakfast will be served at 8:30 a.m. Tickets $8 per person.

12/10, Dinner – Enjoy a spaghetti dinner with local firefighters and Santa at Fire Station 10 starting at 5 p.m. Tickets are $8 per person.

12/10, Breakfast with Santa – Bring the entire family to George Ingalls Equestrian Events Center for breakfast with Santa and more from 9-11 a.m. $5 per person.


12/9, Workshop - Brilliant Babies at Colony High Branch Library from 10-10:45 a.m. Introduce your infant to stories, songs and more while learning valuable social, motor and sensory skills. Free for ages birth to walkers.

12/10, Film – Children’s Holiday Film Festival at the Ovitt Family Community Library from 1-3 p.m. Free for families.

12/10, Comedy – Nick Cannon at the Ontario Improv at 8 p.m. Tickets $25.

12/10, Run – 5th Annual 5K Reindeer Run and Rudolph’s Dash at the Citizen Bank Arena. A pancake breakfast, donated by Andy’s Burgers will be available from $4. Check-in begins at 7 a.m. and event begins at 8:30 a.m.

12/10, Anniversary - Ontario celebrates its 125th anniversary. Event kicks off at the 5th Annual 5K Reindeer Run (event above) and continues at Ontario Town Square with entertainment, activities and free birthday cake for all! Event is 4-6 p.m.



12/9-10, Holiday – 24th Annual Wild Lights at The Living Desert Zoo. 6-9 p.m., last admission at 8:30 p.m. Admission $8-$10, children under 3 admitted free.

Through 12/18, weekends, Concert  – "A Christmas My Way: A Sinatra Holiday Bash" at the Arthur Newman Theater at The Joslyn Center. Friday 7 p.m., Saturday Sunday 2 p.m. Tickets $16-28. 


12/9-18, weekends, Theater – “The Santaland Diaries” at The Desert Rose Playhouse in Rancho Mirage. Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m., Sundays at 2 p.m. Tickets are $32-$35.

12/10, Music  – An intimate evening of jazz with Linda Lavin and Billy Stritch at the Annenberg Theater starting at 6 p.m. Tickets $75-$250.


12/10, Parade – 28th Annual Christmas Parade on Downtown D Street beginning at 10 a.m. Rain or shine.

12/10, Celebration – Randall and Janell Lewis present Aaron Neville--A Christmas Celebration at the Lewis Family Playhouse at 8 p.m. Tickets $58-465.

12/10, Holiday – Winter Wonderland with Victoria Gardens Kidz Club in Chaffey Town Square from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.  Children ages 3-10 years old will have the opportunity to create their own miniature snow globes, story time with Mrs. Claus and more. Free event.

12/11, Concert – Fitz and the Tantrums perform free at Victoria Gardens in partnership with Hot 103.9 FM. Live show begins at 4:30 p.m. at Chaffey Town Square. Free.



12/9, Santa Pub Crawl - Join a mob of other Santas on a pub crawl around Downtown Riverside, hosted by Happy Hour Radio IE. Free to join in on the fun.

12/9, Workshop – Two-hour art journaling sessions from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. Cost is $30.

Through 12/12, Pet Night with Santa – Bring your four-legged friend to the Galleria at Tyler to see Santa and pose for a photo, Monday’s from 4-8 p.m.

Through 12/24, Photos with Santa – Visit the Galleria at Tyler before Dec. 9 to save $5. Monday- Saturday noon-8 p.m., Sunday noon- 6 p.m. Special Hours: 12/16-12/23 9 a.m.-9 p.m., Christmas Eve 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Reservations and photo purchase are not required to visit Santa.



12/9-23, weekends,  Theater - It's a Wonderful Life at Life House Theater. Fridays 7:30 p.m., Saturday 2:15 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., and Sunday 2:15 p.m. Ticket $9-24. 

12/11 & 18, Theater - A Christmas Song in my Heart at Life House Theater starting at 7 p.m. Tickets are $9 for children and $16 for adults. 



12/9-11, Musical – San Bernardino Valley College presents “Avenue Q” at  the SBVC Auditorium. Friday-Saturday 7 p.m. and Sunday 2 p.m. Tickets $6-8. Avenue Q is Rated R and is not appropriate for children.

12/10, Fundraiser - San Bernardino City Shelter Pictures with Santa & Home for the Holidays from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Come on by to have your pictures with Santa professionally taken, enjoy food and drinks, and more. 

Through 12/24, Photo with Santa – Santa will be available for photos and visits at his winter home: Center Court at Santa's Tracking Station at Inland Center. See website for dates and times.



12/10, Breakfast with Santa – 7th Annual breakfast with Santa from 8-11 a.m. at the Valley-Wide Regional Park. Vendors, music, children’s games and more. $3 per person.



Through 12/18, Bus Tour – Tour Temecula’s festive homes from an open-air double-deck bus. Bus tour begins from the Old Town Parking Garage at the Civic Center. Thursday-Sunday 7-8:30 p.m. $10 per person, pre-registration is required.

12/10, Music – Every second Saturday of the month, Speakeasy at The Merc presents live traditional jazz of the 1920s-40s. Starting at 7 p.m. Tickets $12-$15.

12/10, Sing-Along – Southwest Women’s Chorus will lead the holiday season’s sing-along. From 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. at the Theater Courtyard. Free.

12/10-11, Theater – The Temecula Valley Players presents “A Christmas Carol” at the Old Town Temecula Community Theater. Saturday 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., Sunday 2 p.m. Tickets $10-$25.

Through 12/12, Christmas Trees – Habitat for Humanity Christmas Tree Lane at the Temecula Promenade during mall hours.

Through 12/15, Photos with Santa – Promenade Temecula photos with Santa 2016 visits will be offered by appointment. No crowds, no lines and a premium experience for you and your children. See website for available days and times.

12/10, Parade and Holiday Faire  – Upland's annual Christmas Parade and Holiday Faire starts at Downtown Upland. 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Santa Claus will be available for free photo opportunities.

12/10, Festival- Annual Holiday Festival at Mountain Green Shopping Center starting at 11 a.m. Photo with Santa, face painting, raffles and much more. Free admission. 

Through 12/18, Theater - Ophelia's Jump presents "The Electric Baby" at The Theatre Company Performing Art Studios. Tickets $20-25. See link for show times. 



Through 12/24, Photo with Santa – Santa will be at the Mall of Victor Valley for photos and visits at his new winter home. Reservations are available, but not required. See website for dates and times.



12/10, Parade – 19th Annual Light Parade on Santa Fe travels west from Bannock Trail at Inca Trail Santa. Starts at 5:30 p.m.

12/10-11, Concert – Sounds of Season at the Yucca Valley Community Center beginning at 2:30 p.m. Donations to the Hi Desert Chorus are welcome.



Through 1/2, Lights - Yucaipa Christmas on Manning Street with decorated houses set to music on radio station. Lights turn on at 5:30 p.m. nightly.
